Hypnosis CDs

If you have something that you think hypnosis could help with, I can help you by making you a customised hypnosis or guided relaxation CD.

Tapes are £5 + postage and packaging.
CDs are £10 + postage and packaging.

(NB- if you'd like a guided relaxation CD answer questions 4, 5 and 6)

Please state:
1. The *main* problem/issue you are experiencing
2. What you hope to obtain/achieve with your CD
3. Any other problems you have linked with the main problem/issue (for example, if suffering from insomnia is the main problem, you might find a secondary problem is your relationships suffering because you are grouchy).
4. The main new feelings you would like to have. (e.g. if insomnia- feeling alert and refreshed after a good nights sleep- if anxiety, calm and confidence).
5. Any time you can remember having felt that way
6. A favourite place- real or imaginary- that makes you feel relaxed and happy.

I know there seems like quite a lot there but the reason I ask these things is so I can make the CD or tape personal to you. The beauty of these customised tapes is that they will contain the things YOU like- e.g. if you say your favourite relaxing place is a treehouse you used to sit in as a child- then that's what will be on the tape. So please do take the time to fill in those questions if you'd like a personalised CD or tape.
